The site is hosted by HostGator, a brand of Newfold Digital, Inc., United States. Hosting involves technical processing of connection data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser) in server logs. These logs are used for operation, security and maintenance.

Data protection

The controller is FRANGU PAYSAGE Sàrl, reachable at the details above. Processing is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

When you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: name, email, phone if given, town, garden notes, chosen formula and message. These data are used only to answer your request, prepare a quote or arrange a visit. They are sent by email to info@frangupaysage.ch. They are not sold, not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and not used for advertising.

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted, unless the law requires longer retention (for example a contractual relationship).

Cookies, logs and fonts

This site does not use advertising cookies or audience-measurement tools: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel.

The Syne and Source Sans 3 fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States). That connection may send your IP address to Google. We do not set a cookie for this. If you block the request in your browser, the site remains readable with system fonts.

The hosting server keeps temporary technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) for security and operation. They are not combined with the contact form for profiling.

Photographs and illustrations

Photographs and illustrations on this site are atmospheric images. They do not necessarily show work by FRANGU PAYSAGE Sàrl. The season control, the step illustrations and decorative motifs are graphic devices, not records of client projects.

Intellectual property

The name FRANGU PAYSAGE, the logo, the texts and the structure of the site are protected. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, even in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions (quotation, private use).
